There will be various opportunities for local people to get involved with the work of the West Norfolk Alliance. Your voice is valued and we look forward to hearing from you.

Details of local events will be posted here.

The Contingency Planning Team commissioned by the health regulator, Monitor, has gathered detailed clinical, quality, financial and patient experience data from across all NHS providers in West Norfolk in order to understand the current state of the local NHS and to describe a picture of health and health services today in West Norfolk.

This evidence has been compiled into a ‘Case for Change’ that sets out the challenges facing existing local NHS healthcare services and why we need to change the way in which services are organised to meet the new challenges and demands of the future.

We would like to invite you to one of our drop-in events in January where you will be able tell us if you think the Case for Change is clear and understandable, as well as let us know what additional information you think needs to be considered.
